Mexican Frittata

8 eggs

1/2 c milk

1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper 

1 teaspoon worchestshire sauce

Extra virgin olive oil

Kale gets kinky punishing naughty apple, you know why!

Kinky Kale Salad

2 large sweet potatoes peeled and diced

1 cup of pearl onions, peeled

3 Tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon kosher salt

1 crisp apple, sliced thin into half moons

1 bag baby kale

1/4 cup pomegranate seeds


2 Tablespoons pomegranate molasses

2 Tablespoons apple cider vinegar

1 teaspoon dijon mustard

3 Tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

Strings of sweetly salacious squash seasoned with solace and sparkle.

Spiralized Butternut Squash

6 cups of butternut squash, spiralized

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon cinnamon

1/2 teaspoon ginger

1/4 teaspoon each cloves, nutmeg, sea salt, cayenne pepper

1 cup sparkling apple cider

Spiralize your squash, or use a vegetable peeler to make long, thin strands.  Heat all the spices in the oil until fragrant, and add in cider to warm.  Gently fold in the squash and simmer

Miso Glazed Sweet Potato

1 large orange yam

2 medium purple yams

1/4 cup white miso paste

1/4 cup Rice vinegar

1/4 cup maple syrup

2 tablespoons olive oil

Himalayan pink sea salt and fresh ground pepper to taste

Peel yams and cut into two-bite sized pieces. Mix together miso, vinegar, syrup and olive oil and dress yams. Bake at 425° on baking sheet lined with parchment paper until tender. Baking time
