How to do it: Place your elbows on the mat, shoulder width apart, lace your fingers together. Place the top of your head on the floor with your hands cradling your head, press your elbows into the mat, engaging your shoulders to lift your head slightly off the mat and no longer on the floor. Walk your toes towards your nose. Draw your knees into your chest and when ready extend your legs towards the sky. Wow!
