What is Yogini?

Yogini is a woman who lives yoga. Yoga means to yoke together our body and mind with our spirit. Therefore, a Yogini may or may not go to a yoga class, yet she intends each day to move her body in some form, eat as healthfully as possible and does her best for physical wellness. She expands her self-awareness, stays curious and open to learning new things for her mind. Lastly, a Yogini connects to her soul through breathing, laughing and striving to meditate for her spirit.

Yogini is a woman who tries to be everything to everyone, hoping her life appears from the outside as beautifully perfect. On the inside this woman feels something is missing, she yearns for a spiritual connection, to follow the sound of her intuition by stepping fully into her purpose and her femininity. As she continues to seek, learn and search, she experiences fear of walking wholly on that path due to ridicule, confrontation or loss of security.
